There are many sites out there that will have "good" prices. There is not a single site that will have the lowest prices, but do your research and compare the sites....

eBay - this is where you "may" find some good prices but be careful since the warranty may be more complicated than a stable online store like TigerDirect.

http://www.zipzoomfly.com
http://www.crucial.com - memory
http://www.kingston.com - memory
http://www.geeks.com
http://www.ecost.com

And then the usual Staples, BestBuy, CompUSA and CircuitCity stores may have good items (online or offline in stores).

If you want, take a look at PriceWatch and DealTime also.

Most of my "1337" friends online buy their hardware on newegg (see above post). They do a lot of modding on their computer, so I guess that site is one of the best ones.

haha tigerdirect?? You poor thing yah the best sites are Pricewatch.com and newegg.com but that if you live in US I think people would have a better way to help you (If you not in the US) if you told us where you live also a great way is to see your local computer shop and see if they have a web site this way you can compare it to other stores or newegg/pricewatch or what ever and see if you getting the best deal if not ask the store clerk if they do a pricematch (you find somewhere else in you area and show them written documentation of a lower price) that way you dont have to go all the way to another store just to find that they are out of stock or there was a hidden cost.

my personal favorite is newegg.com
iv used them numerous times and never once have i ever benn dicapointed. the only time i was mad is when a case i ordered came with a little crack in it. but it wasnt neweggs fault it was the maker of the case. so i called them up and they payed for it to be sent back to them and they sent me a new one free of charge.

i have used zipzoomfly.com but i was disapointed that there shipping wasnt as up to par with newegg. plus i aculyed payed more for the part then i would have had at newegg with shipping. but thats ok tongue.gif

also i have used ebay to buy some parts
this is NOT recomended. every time i have the part was a fluke and was ether not really the posted one or just plain broken. if you are going to buy something from there make sure its something that cant be broken or fryed! mellow.gif
