everyday I eat 2g vitamin C,and I didn`t get any cold in the last 1 year!

I think because he included a link with no info that this is just a spam post...
But, sort of to back it up, I've been taking 500 mg of Ester C for a couple years, and it's really helped me out, both by not having a lot of colds, but also it helped raise my platelet count when I had ITP in high school. |

The truth is your body will only take what you need. Vitamin C if consumed in excess will just be peed out. The average american gets plenty of vitamin C as it is from their normal diet. This doesn't necessarily mean the RDA or more every day, but averaged across several days it generally is about right.
After all, we don't see people with scurvy in this country. |
