hey all! I just finished uploading my site using the file manager in cpanel... now what do i do? i tried to view my site through a different browser window, but it's still the original astahost page. did i do something wrong?

You've to upload your files into the folder named public_html using the file manager - or else, your page won't be visible to the outside world. You probably uploaded it straight to your home drive /home/yourcpanelusername

Also, make sure that if you wish for your website to display as the default page for your astahost site, you should delete the current indes.html file, and then create your own.
index.html=most default of all default pages that servers use when hosting a website...Although, there are several exceptions. |

thanks so much for the help... i got it up and running, although i do need to make some minor adjustments to the code for the links... but all in all, its going good. i'll make sure to post any other questions if they arise.
