Ok well when I put my forums on I want to be able to use vBadvanced but is vBadvanced a forum itself? I read it's a content managing and portals system but i'm confused about the following:
Can I Use it with phpBB?
Is it a forum as well as a CMPS (content managing and portal system)?
How can I use the file manager to download the .tar file from web excact(I read this hear somewhere)?

I also need a tut on how to upload phpBB forums to my site.

i cannot help about the vBadvanced software as i have never used it my self! but you've got me interested so im going to have a look!

as to phpBB, its very simple to setup.

As you are already hosted, firstly, login to your cpanel

2. scroll down to the bottom of the page and under pre-installed scripts, click fantastico (you can get there by going to the link, and substituting your site in (https://YOURSITEHERE.astahost.com:2083/frontend/rvblue/fantastico/index.php)
3. scroll down to discussion boards and select phpBB
4. then, on the left select the NEW INSTALLATION link (make sure there is enough space)
5. select a domain and folder location (the defaults are normally good, but if you want it in a separate folder you can put it in something like /forums)
6. enter a username and password that will become the admin account (this can be anything you want)
7. fill in the Site name, Short description, E-Mail signature, Admin e-mail, Preferred Language and click install

the installation should start and will only take a few seconds, you will then be asked to confirm the database information and click install again, click and you are done. if there are no errors, your forum is there! go to the link the it gives you and you can begin modifying to your needs. to login to the admin panel, go to the forum, login using the username and password supplied at the setup, scroll to the bottom and click the administration link, (you may need to enter your username and password again) and you will be redirected to the forums admin panel. There you can change anything on the board!

No you can not use it with phpBB. vBadvanced is exactly what it's made for...vBulletin forums.

No, vBadvanced is only a content management system. If you want to use it, you will need to pay for a vBulletin forum license.

Not sure what you mean by this. But if you mean downloading that vBadvanced file to upload to your web host, then you need vBulletin installed first. After that, it should be as simple as uploading that file to the same directory as vBulletin and using the built in extraction tool in cPanel to extract the .tar file.
