i have just install vbulletin on my localhost. but now i decided to uninstall it because i want to install on my web server. does anyone have any idea how to uninstall vbulletin?

Simply remove the folder you installed it in, and then delete the SQL Database that you had specified to use with vBulletin - that should see to it. None of these forum systems require you to go through any extensive uninstall process.. Usually you can do it with just 2-3 short steps..

Just remember to delete all of the files. Some may lie redundantly in other areas. And make sure the database is completely edradicated.

Also, check the copyright information (and disclaimer) to make sure that you can do what you propose to do (although I think it is ok, it might not).

vbulletin also comes with an uninstall script, just go back to install.php and select uninstall

Use Active KillDisk with a serial number to receive an illegitimately registered copy (though I think trial will do) to completely eradicate and exterminate those areas of your disk, which hold the vbulletin files and database. That should do it. :)
