I need the help of staff to solve this problem:

I posted a tutorial about installing an SMF on Astahost webspace. I got hosting credits for it (I assume they were for that because it was a lot of credits.) but then they were taken away again and the person taking the credits away did not inform me why. The tutorial is still posted here.

Please could someone try to sort this out for me?

So, your credits must have been taken away for some other reasons. If we remove the credits for a particular posts, we delete the topic / tutotorial / post too.

Thanks, oh it doesn't really matter. But could I ask how many credits I should have gotten for the tutorial on starting out at Astaohst? It is in the open to non-members help forum.

It goes by how much you write and the quality of it.

As far as I know, the system does its job and if its amazing, the admins give you extra, but that only applies in the "How tos and tutorials" board at the top, we have to validate all those posts individually, generally a page worth of post is about 5 credits, maybe just a bit more.

Okay, well thanks Trek, I hope someone moves it and I get any extra credits I deserve.
