Nice, though I think the vertical blue strips at the top would look better if they weren't so long. Maybe a bit blurred on the bottom? It reminds me of the wallpapers and screenshots of Windows Longhorn ^^

Cool!
 But I do think the lines need to be reworked somewhat. I think you should simply make them look more like a part of the picture, rather than something laid on top of it. Uhm... (thinky think) This looks like a simply opacity fade. Try... ooh boy, some kind of Multiply. Everybody loves Multiplies. |

Wow! Its totally perfect i can tell you! I've never seen anything like it! Mods! Admins! This is really one cool supporting wallpaper. All we need is the support of the audience in Astahost and the author of this wallpaper recognized and Mr. finaldesign here will be one popular guy.
