hi
i Ordered Plan 3S in Computing host and they will processe it shortly
my question is: can you transfer my files and databases and settings to Computing host?

You should be able to.
Download backups of all the files you need through cpanel backup system, then restore your files to your computing host hosting.
All you really need to backup is the public_html directory and the databases (Which can be done through cpanel)
