what is your opinion about SYSTEM OF A DOWN ?
what is their style?
jazz, rock, rap, metal, dance,opera(!),classical, etc ...

In my opinion, system of a down is about 85 percent metal, 5 percent rap and 10 percent rock. Its a good mix and they kinda reinvented metal, giving it a somewhat new approach/sound. If I remember correctly, they are also kinda political, but I don't remember(boom?)

Psh...System of a down is about 75% metal 15% rock 8% industremental and 2%rap...But that 2% is only because of some of the songs they have covered....

System of a down is bar far a revolutionary band!

I never really thought them as having rap in their songs when I listen to them, but the more I think about it, they kind of do. I think of them as metal.

I really don't know for sure with kind of stylle thet have, but that is not a problem too! I just like their music and I have never thougth about that! It saunds like metal to me, but with a little bit of rap and other mixs. So wath makes the difference is that they have their own style. And at the end wath really count is taht thhey are a very good band

I listen to system of a down all the time. I always hear them as metal. Once in awhile some songs are political, but great at the same time. Theres a few other songs that have rap in them. No matter what style they change to though they're still great.
