hello!
i have problem about firefox crash. can you help me? how can i do?

Look if it's something coming from your PC or firefox settings.
I would recommend using a portable version, which is standalone and has no plugins, for your test.
Get it here : http://portableapps....irefox_portable
When finished, if you don't want it any more, simply remove the folder.
Try this version and keep us informed.

how does it crash? on start-up? or are there certain pages you visit that provokes the crash? ... it would help us help you if you detail you're crash a bit more, cheers

It used to be that Firefox (profiles) can only be reset while using the Safe Mode, (2), (3), but as of recently the developer test versions have a about:support page with a button to allow "Reset Nightly to its default state".

The about:about page has a list of all available "about:" pages in Firefox, also. :)

PS. Btw., the command launching Firefox in Safe Mode is:

firefox -safe-mode

PPS. Safe Mode will also allow a selective-startup, where the component causing the hang can be easily identified. :f
