Hi,
I want to know to power up a PC based on time? I just want to give some time and date and will turn off the PC which should turn on automatically based on the set time and date. I want to do this using coding not through network or something else. I want to do it on stand alone PC. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Karthik

Have a look at the hardware section of our forums, there are several post concerning this feature. It hardly depends from the firmware of your PC, some of them have a wake on time option, some others don't.
Just have a look at your bios settings (if you are not familiar with this, just read the info's, don'- change them) and see if the scheduled power-on option is present. If this option is present in your bios settings but is currently disabled, you can try enabling it and give the wanted schedule.
