need vba code to rename single file with multiple namesRenaming Files (Using Excel Spreadsheet)

I need to copy and rename a excel template file, currently named "An Upload Template", 65 times to be "2C Upload Template", "2R Upload Template", and so on into the same folder as the "An Upload Template". I have a list in excel for the 65 renames that is static and would like to use this list through VBA coding to update the file name rather than manually rename each one.
