It will be 2d, devved on pc and ported to psp. I'm looking to be using some trult beautiful 2d effects with the help of a few eager and more experienced coders that I want to get signed up here. I'm hoping you guys can give me the perfect plateu to build my site. I'll be doing ALOT with it.
