Don't know about the video, but it's mostly an audio editing software which is intended for serious musicians and studio engineers. It's fun to use, but beginners may be intimidated at first. Designed to be the heart of a recording environment, SONAR can mix live audio, loops, MIDI, and CD tracks, and the resulting mix can be exported to MP3, WMA or RealAudio. Version 4 adds surround sound mixing and audio track editing.

I asume you mean CakeWalk Sonar 4. What exactly do you need help with?

I use CakeWalk Homestudio, but I know some people who use Cakewalk Sonar. Your best bet is to just read the instructions and keep plaing around with it. Or you could check out their support forums at http://forum.cakewalk.com/tt.asp?forumid=5

Hi

How do I bounce down tracks in order to make more space and improve my processing capacity.
