Today at local time GMT+1 --> 15:12 I could not access my site http://www.final-design.net hosted here at Astahost.

But again, today from 08:00am, till 12:00 my site was unacessible often. I must say it rejects many visitors... Is there any way to avoid that?

I believe not, I think Asta is just having some server issues, the best thing you can do is wait.
