my credits barely went negative and i logged in my cpanel a few hours ago and now i receive this:

"This Account Has Been Suspended
Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible."

what actually is the problem?

the credit was 0.02 a few hours ago but when i logged in now, it was -4.xx and i made it till 8.xx but still nothing..

ahh.. i guess it solved when my credits exceeded 10!

but last time i did not go through 10 credits but instead to about 7 and it was functioning..

nevermind.. wont happen next time i guess! ;-) - sorry for the trouble!
