The layout is quite dull, this may be effective in some cases but not this. Try colourizing your site a little bit.
Also, I don't know why you have <html> before the DOCTYPE. That makes it invalid. Remove that element and things will improve. In XHTML, you must use lowercase elements and attributes, don't forget that. You have some unquoted values and unclosed tags. Check those. The navigation is good, it is consistent across most of your pages. Make sure you keep it simple. Repeating meta keywords will be harmful to search engines and programs that use meta keywords. You have "mp3s" in there at least twice. The site is good, just make sure the music that you can download is legal to do so.
