Hi, I was wondering is could do me a favour please? Well, I just got my account (starter package and it's great
 ), well anyway I went on to my FTP account and I saw some directories and files and without knowing what they did I deleted them and didn't back them up. Well could you please just reset my FTP account? And if that's not possible could you please reset the whole off my account so that I start from the beginning (I haven't done much yet anyway)? I guess that means you will have to earn 30 credits and re-apply. Maybe you should think a little more about this one

He had package 1 so it wont be difficult. But I am sorry bout this. And please be careful with your accounts. RESETTING scripts was not made purposely as it will bring down the server if abused.
