Hello,
I would like to request for a ssh access for my account (yordan)
I would like to be able to use "vi" for very simple but repetitive changes to some php or config files (the last one was changing the hostname from "astahost.com" to "localhost").
I would also like to be able to directly "ping" from astahost, in order to see why some of my clients cannot access my site and clarify their IP problems.
Or course, if it's not possible to guet ssh or telnet access, I will continue like I am doing now, downloading with Filezilla, modifying and uploading back.

SSH Access Granted.

Use a standard SSH Client like Putty and use the following to connect:

Server: yoursubdomain.astahost.com OR yourdomain.com
Login: Your cPanel Username
Password: Your cPanel Password

Please report back if you're facing any problems connecting to your shell.
