1.Create a new file with optional size.
Background color is #117711 2. Go to Filter > Noise > Add noise as below: http://img103.imageshack.us/img103/2316/47151411li7.th.jpg 3. Type anything you like in color #003a66 (here is AstaHost) Duplicate Layer Text, choose color #afc475 for layer and move it as below 4. Rasterize Type the 2 layers 5. Right click on the first layer and choose Blending Option > Stroke and select as follow: 6. Ctrl + E 7. Filter > Noise > Add as in step 2 8. Select Blending Option > Stroke and choose as follow: Here is the result And here is another one... 1. Create a new file, any size is okay. Background color: #117711 2.
