Project Offset is an amazing game. It is a work in progress, but developing quite nicely. They have two "Sneak Peek" videos that I think any RPG fan will enjoy. They developed their own engine called the "Offset Engine" that I think will the Unreal 3 engine, definitely worth checking out- http://www.projectoffset.com
