Hey, I just got hosting and I need help to program my site. How do I get a forum program on the front of my site. I cant change the design or anything. Can some1 please help me. THAnks

the quickest and simplest way for beginers is to log into cpanel and then go 2 fantisco or w.e and look under forums...there should be i think phpbb and smf install one of those as a beginer until you learn the art of good forum moderating.

and once you've installed the forum you can download mods and skins at

http://phpbb.com -for phpbb

and

http://www.simplemachines.org/ -for smf

if you ant a mroe advanced forum pelase test out those ones first as a get to know and feel kinda thing...

I suggest using smf though because phpbb's mod installation is very disgusting tongue.gif

Find out where you want to put your link to the forums on your main page (index.html)

then put <a href=yourforumsurlhere>blah blah blah</a>

Using cPanel you can easy to install a phpBB forum
and the basic knowledge you need to go to phpbb.com you can get it biggrin.gif
