I want to transfer my hosting credits to a hosted member of astahost but I couldn't.
As far as I know, Astahost allow that. But In fact, I've always received a error message whenever trying to do so.

Here's what I got (At the time of this transfer, I have 9 credits)

CODE

Credits to transfer : 4
Credits With 3% Tax : 4.12
You must have more than to transfer

Hmmmm...
That's strange.

Are you using http://www.astahost.com/process/transfer_credits.htm ?
Make sure you've got transfer page not the awrd page.
I'm not very familiar with the credit transfer thing, so seeing as you;ve got enough credits, I don't understand why it isn't working.

Try bringing this to an admin's attention (OpaQue would be best, he's normally around on the ComputingHost LiveHelp).

I did, of course. I don't know what's going on. I really need an admin to help me. But they're not around these days. I may try contacting them via email.

You can transfer credits only if you have more than 30.
