What OS are you using r3D? You might be able to employ a software solution for mapping the Print-Screen function of your keyboard to another key or key-combination but wouldn't it just be easier all round to replace your keyboard? Then there's always the option of pulling your keyboard apart to see what's causing the malfunction (if you haven't already?) but in my humble experience doing so usually makes matters worse LOL. Hope you get sorted

Do you know how to use the key? Once you press the key you have to paste it somewhere. Paint, Photoshop, etc.
If you know how to use it and it recently just started to do this, there's some programs that can capture screenshots. I googled some terms and found this: http://www.screenshot-utility.com/ |

I have a better screen capture program Screenprint, has many advanced features, like print a user-selected area of the screen. Print the whole screen. Print only the active window, etc.
And the most important.... this program it's free. http://www.screenprint32.com/software/screenprint32.asp check it you wont be regret. Deivid |
