OK do a dump of your database from you current webhost. If you have phpMyAdmin then just go to the export link and check the save as file and this will download the database to your local machine wherever you tell it to in the file prompt.
Then you need the phpbb 2 php-nuke file that transfers it for you, it can be done manualyy but you need toknow dhow PHP-Nuke names tables so just download the file from the link that I will provide in this post and follow the instructions, don't worry about the PHP-Nuke version 6.5 because that is when PHP-Nuke started using phpbb2 instead of the Splatt forum, and the table structures havent changed since then so the file works for all version, it just translates the old table name to new ones and then sets up the addtitional nes that are used by PHP-Nuke and when it is done you will be ready to go. here is a link to the page for the down load. http://phpnuke.org/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=5431and the link to the file that you will see in the above link so you can go right to the download of it. http://virtualia.curvedspaces.com/download/index.htm |
