In Photoshop CS2 can you make like a rose crystalized? Is there a way that this can be done? How?

Do you mean something like this?
 I did like this: - Select the layer that contains the image (in this case the image is a rose) - Then go to filter > Pixelate > Crystallize - Change the cell size (in the pop-up you get) to 4 - Press ok Note: you can change the cell size to what ever you want/like
