Forgot a few more:
Tamper Data; intercept POST data allowing user to modify it. Good for finding weaknesses in sites. ;)

Greasemonkey; Userscripts.

Firebug; allows users to view/edit(but not save) html/js/dos/net code for anywebsite, including ones with frames(you can view the frame code). Also highlights where that code is displayed on the webpage. Veryhandy.
