I have had a horde of problems with FTP as well.

ftp://yourdomain.TLD
username: CP Username
Password: CP Password

Make sure those are set. That the Port is TCP-21 and that anonymous IS OFF.

That's all I can say other than look through the support category. There is ONE (only ONE) good thread on this that is VERY helpful.

I suggest just using Windows Explorer to attempt an access to your FTP account. Else, I have to elevate this issue to the admins.

Nope, still says the same as it did before. I don't think it's my computer anyway, since my previous ftp hosts all worked.

your subdomain is not registered in the dns. don't you misspelled the name?

how the heck did a non-hosted member see this forum??

anyways, it's not in the DNS because it's a subdomain. Only full TLDs can be in the whois registry.
