Diffirent hosting companies use slightly diffirent setup for ftp connections, you can try various setting one of them will work.

For example if your domain is www.muztagh.com you can try:
www.muztagh.com
muztagh.com
ftp.muztagh.com

or the ip address as the ftp address.

One of above will work eventualy.
