No, it's not. My home PC has those lib. That doesn't mean Astahost server is https enabled. As far as I know, https require dedicated IP. So, I think https can't be used here.

i dont think it can

i tried configuring ssl the other day just for fun to see if i could do it

i spent alot of time on it and i got no where

maybe an admin will post sumtin with a final answer
