Okay, I know its wrong to use tutorials for a program that I don't have for a program that I do have, but some of the photoshop tutorials I have used before you can use with psp 7. Yeah, I know, I'm old schoool, but hey. Anyway, so I was trying out this tutorial and I got lost in a step, so I was wondering if anybody had psp 7, and could xlear it up for me whether or not this tutorial will work in psp 7. Do i need to add a step here or there, or what? I know, I know, photoshop tutorial, but hey some of them work and some of them don't,, so I figured I should give it a shot because I think the outcome would be pretty neat and I could really use it with on of the themes I'm working on for a layout. Thanks a lot for all your help. I'm sure I wouldn't have any questions if I had the proper program.

It would be nice if you put picture up. I didn't try the tut myself because I don't want to spend time on something that might look cheesy.

Hmmm, I'm not sure if I did this correctly. It would have been nice to see what the final image was suppose to look like so I could tweak mine accordingly. Another problem is my inability to follow instructions..I always tend to add/remove steps from the process.
![]() I'd like to see how some other turned out. |

I want to learn you, how you can create text like ice! follow me! Step 1 ) create a new doc and type your text Step 2 ) right click on layer(text) and select "resterize layer", rotate your text (Image > Rotate > 90 CCW ) and apply wind filter ,do this three times. and finally rotate text to normal position. Step 3) right click on the layer and Duplicate layer and go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur-90 and distance as 45. Step 4) select the Eraser and remove blure from the top of the text ( layer 2). Step 5) Merge two layers, for these press Ctrl+E ,and then apply Filters > Stylize > Find Edges Now you can see your work like ice Nice, i use Adobe Photoshop CS so i think that's something like version 8 Do you know any more good tips? Thanks -Lewis P.S Do you think you could make the banner for me and i could do a deal with you. |
