I have had a horde of problems with FTP as well.
ftp://yourdomain.TLD username: CP Username Password: CP Password Make sure those are set. That the Port is TCP-21 and that anonymous IS OFF. That's all I can say other than look through the support category. There is ONE (only ONE) good thread on this that is VERY helpful. |

I suggest just using Windows Explorer to attempt an access to your FTP account. Else, I have to elevate this issue to the admins.

Ok, I already notified an admin to see if he can do anything about it.
Sorry for the inconvenience. xboxrulz |

Strange indeed. It works with my own account, but it does not work with ftp.mediyama.astahost.com !

how the heck did a non-hosted member see this forum??
anyways, it's not in the DNS because it's a subdomain. Only full TLDs can be in the whois registry. xboxrulz |

Tried that too, still does not work. The same thing happens. The only thing I don't understand is that the cpanel ftp does work. Try this, add a / at the end, like this: ftp://mediyama.astahost.com/ |
