I've checked Intel's manuals, go look for an option similar in name to Primary Display Adapter or Primary Video Adapter and set them for PCI-E(xpress); these settings may be located in Advanced > Video Configuration Menu

I know this is a positively ancient thread, but I'm running into the same problem! I am using the Intel D915GEV board, with a ATI R300 card. I know the problem is that I need to disable my onboard video, but I can't seem to find where to do it in the BIOS! I had exactly the same problem last week. I wanted to remove my ATI board, and tried to re-enable the onboard video, and was unable to find the menu in my bios ! I found it once last year, and unable to remember where it was ! So I simply forgot about removing the ATI board. |
