I had the same problem I just keep disconnecting me every 10 minutes I called the customer service I told them whats going on they ran few tests then she said your frequency has changed so she helped me through to sort it out...

Always call the customer service first force them to solve the problem instead of looking for a answer without knowing whats the problem
