Is there a "free" emulator that requires no rom no mac os install disk.Nothing at all I have to pay for. -question by zelda You are going to have to pull the OS files from somewhere, be it a ROM file or a CD, without downloading or having access to the files, there is no way to do this for "free," even downloading a Virtualization distro with Mac OS on it would cost money to activate the software, most likely. If you are interested in trying Mac OS but don't have the money, I'd suggest going on E-Bay and finding an older Mac OS versions for sale, you could probably get it cheap and play around a bit, if that's what you're interested int. I have tried to do the same thing and came across Mac on a stick (if you have a flash drive or read + write CD). It is not very good though the version is back from the 90's or something. I think the only way to get a modern Mac version would be to buy the Mac software, then install it to a new partition and change up your boot.ini (or minu.lst if your on linux) so you can choose to start windows or Mac (you will need an emulator as stated above). But while you’re at it have you ever thought about getting Mac with fusion? Mac hardware is much better then the stuff you find in PC's and you could run both Mac + PC at the same time. But this costs money so it might not be right for you unless you’re really need it or you are searching for a new computer.
Other then Mac on a stick I don't think you are going to find any other way to run mac on a pc for free. Good luck and let me know if you find a better way Sparkx |
