To start off, that is the best invision free skin I have ever seen. I am drooling over its color scheme. The one thing I would change though is your spelling on that first forum description, and the post inside. I believe you intended to write:

The Next thing I would change would be the categories/forum layout. You could easily just make a forum c ategory called Merchanting and then list buying and selling as the two forums in the category. Same goes for the clan events, general discussion, join us and announcements. Just combine them under a category called Clan Forums.

From an ex-runescape players perspective, I would recommend that you also begin to seriously level up your account. The only stat that you have listed in the highscores is your level 60 mining, which is good, but not great. More people would join your site if you were a level 100 or something. Sadly, they would join for free items, but they would still be joining and your site would get popular very quickly.
