Finally, the new forums have been installed at astahost! we now have version 2.2.1! its looking pretty good!

when did it get upgraded? im surprised no one else has posted anything yet!

they seem to be running fine and nothing so far looks like its gone wrong! the shoutbox isn't up yet, but hopefully soon!

thanks OpaQue for setting it up! and anyone else that had a hand in it!

This upgrade struck me, too. I knew there was a plan to do so, but since it didn't go too well at Trap17, it was postponed here at Astahost. But as far as I can see, everything is working perfectly right now. Not to mention that this version of IPB is much better and more secure - not that we've had any security problems..

i have found one thing that brings up an error!

when using the skin selector (at the bottom of the screen, left hand isde) and trying to select the old skin you get a fatal error...

QUOTE
Fatal error: Call to undefined method skin_global_11::new_bar() in /home/astahost/public_html/sources/classes/class_display.php on line 298

nothing serious, but i thought maybe an admin might want to remove the old skin!

EDIT: Also, under the Credits menu at the top, you are currently able to view other members credit and post counts. Im not sure if this is what the admins want, but if not just thought you might like to know!
