Hello every one,
Please can any one tell how may I use name@my-domain.com as email. I have created this email account on the control panel but when I set things up in the out look, it does not find servers mail.my-domain.com. When, I use the IP address of the server, it workes fine but email sent from other services never reaches me. I figured out that I must set MX record but how. Please someone help. Regards Haris Mushtaq |

You might have to contact your webhost about this. I think some webhosts will allow you to change the MX record by yourself. I asked my webhost to change it for me
For the problem with receiving mails in Outlook, if you still have problems after your webhost set the MX record for you, ask them how to get your emails from Outlook. You might just be missing a setting or so there |
