Hi all,

I have a client (church) who I am making a Mambo site for. THing is that they do not want any down time in the move from old to new, not even just an hour while I load content. I need to know if it is possible to create a whole Mambo site on one server, and then transfer it (via ftp) to another server.

-How hard is it to reconnect the database?
-If all the installed files are moved, does it matter that the new server never went through an "install?"
-will the configure file open up on the new server so that I can change the site information?

ANy other things that I need to know?
