THERE ARE 3 CATEGORIES OF SUSPENSION
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ [BANDWIDTH] ACCOUNTS SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF EXCEEDING BW LIMIT. UN-SUSPENSION : AUTOMATIC ON THE NEXT CALENDER MONTH. MANUAL UN-SUSPENSION : POSSIBLE BY ADMINISTRATORS [FORUM SPAMMING] ACCOUNTS SUSPENDED DUE TO SPAMMING OF FORUMS OR ANY OTHER INDESCIPLINE ACT. UN-SUSPENSION : MANUAL ( ON REQUEST ) [BLOWING UP SERVER RESOURCES] ACCOUNTS SUSPENDED DUE TO EXPLOITING SERVER RESOURCES ( CPU, MEMORY ETC ). UN-SUSPENSION : IMPOSSIBLE. USUALLY LOCKED BY ROOT SERVER ADMINS. What exactly do we do 2 be considred abusing site stats...? and shouldn't there be a bandwitdh cap to just stop the bandwitdh for us?
