it has been a while since i can login to my cpanel. i think what happened is that my cpanel was blocked by the firewall we are having here. i know that i can go to cpanel by using;

http://mydomain.name.com/cpanel

but i also know that this can be cone using;

http://mydomain.name.com:xxxx

could anyone tell me the xxxx. what port number is it. thanks a bunch!

Man...Get your firewall to unblock cpanel if that is the problem!...But for some rason I doubt that is it

The port numebr is 2082 though.

There is also SSL login which is something like

https://mydomain.name.com:2083 ? I think...Try it with the port number and also without for the SSL

Good luck wink.gif
