When I try to loggin to my cPanel...I can't. I have my name spelled right, and am using my password that I have written down. Nothing works. It keeps saying:

Login Attempt Failed!

Any help here?

I posted this in the other support forum too...I didn't see this one. Sorry.

I think you have forgotten your password. Apply for a password reset.

Make sure you have enough hosting credits. biggrin.gif I was just trying to login a bit ago and hadn't realized that while out of town I used up the few credits I had built up. So, meh, make sure to pay close attention to that. It's a pretty easy thing to overlook if you're busy/out of town/whatever and come back to being minus credits.

I have enough.

IS there suppose to be a link to the forgotten password submission? If not, where?

You can apply for a new password in the password reset forum, it's down the bottom, near the forum you wuold have posted in to sign up.
You might want to make sure that you're logging in in the right place - www.yoursite.com:2082 or /cpanel
Also, make sure that yuo have typed yuor username and password correctly, using capital letters where you need to in your username and password.
