Coding for Flash is done using a scripting language called ActionScript. We have a forum on that under Scripting. Ask your questions there.

Theres a very good website based on Flash, includes actionscript of course.

Very good tutorials / code snippets there.

Another good website for actionscript help is Kirupa.com. Really good tutorials, they teach you most of the things you need to know, even XML parsing, manipulating and storing. Gotta check it out.

Kirupa and Newgrounds are great places you can go to to learn flash. I studied there last year and the place was really friendly.
