Since I can't find a topic you created on this issue I'm creating it for you. Using the shoutbox for help is kind of useless because we don't remember to go back and make sure it worked. So anytime a problem is only shouted it's impossible for us to know if it fixed. Create posts when you have problems, that way multiple admins / moderators cann look into the problem. I know we started this in shout the other day, but I have no way of knowing the outcome of this.
I checked topics started by Killer008r but didn't find any that is reflecting this. What I did today after seing your shout is to reinstall your FrontPage extensions. So to rule out any other issues, can you access your account using ftp? or access cPanel? CODE Using Frontpage 5.x! Starting install, port: 80. Created: 22 Apr 2005 21:24:25 -0000 Version: 5.0.2.2634 Server extensions already installed on port 80. Reverting to upgrade. Starting upgrade, port: 80. Created: 22 Apr 2005 21:24:25 -0000 Version: 5.0.2.2634 Chowning Content in service /. Port 80: Upgrade completed. Upgraded Version: 5.0.2.2634. Starting chown, port: 80, web: "/". DocumentRoot: "/home/killer/public_html" Setting Password Frontpage passthough auth enabled! So frontpage is enabled and checked on your site. Nils |

Frontpage is Enables and I can access Ebbingers from the computer I'm on (He's a friend of mine that sits next to me.) I can get into the Cpanel Just fine, it is just the whole problem that I have with frontpage not being able to correctly get into the page. When ever I go to > Http://Www.Dirtysmellyshorts.astahost.com it loads the "Welcome to your astahost account" or what ever that blue page says, and if I edit anything it does absolutly nothing.

Delete the default index.htm/l page in the public_html file.(If you've not done it already.) That should be good enough

Yes, I think so, but you should upgrade to frontpage 2003 if you want to experience advanced features of the frontpage.
In frontpage under remote site settings make sure frontpage/sharpoint services is checked and that you type your web as http://yoursite.astahost.com. And edit your index.htm to get your website working. |

And do they upload and run fine on this hosting? Also does anyone know how to create drop down menus in flash, I have been going at it for hours, and I must be the stupidest person in the world cuz I still cant get them to work quite write. I have looked at a few tutorials already, but if you have any good ones or can just help me out let me know. Thanks Kevin |

www.flashingforcandy.astahost.com Last I checked I wasn't able to access my site... PLEASE fix this. I'm completely pacient, and I wont complain anymore (Like a bunch of people in this server) Since this is completely free hosting, and I am very greatful for it being free. |
