Learn how to create cartoon style clouds using Photoshop and a bit of Illustrator. Great tutorial covering the brush engine and layer styles to get a really great looking effect.

Ooooo, Nice effects.
Unfortunatly i dont have photoshop anymore, i prefer MS paint, i like drawing pixel by pixel instead of paying £400 for a program. -Sam |

The parental side of me is having me say responses like... It's so cute! But really I have two daughters and a little boy who is now 2. I have seen many a cartoon in which that sky would totally work for. Like my daughter's My Little Pony shows. So it definitely works well for the fantasy flair.
