Okay, I've got a new IPB, and everything's fine, except I want to know how to create a character minimum for each post to be accepted. Could anyone show me how? I'd like it different for each forum. Any help would be appreciated.

Its rather simple actually... If you have acess to the Admin's CP, just go to the "Manage User Groups", choose the group that you wish to create or change, then scroll all the way to the bottom and do the group promotion form! Its rather simple actually, just fiddle around with it and have fun!

Now what does that actually do? That just changes your rank, right? I want just a posting character minimum for the post to be accepted, or top be posted, not to promote members.

I created a power board and created all the categories and forums and stuff. But none of it came up on the address. Then, I couldn't access it because this came up on the address,
