Here are some useful tricks that will speedup your Photoshop workflow!

These few shortcuts helped me a lot when I started to work everyday in Photoshop, hopefully it`s going to be useful for you too! :mellow:



Quick navigation:


  • MoveSpace + click to activate the move tool

  • ZoomAlt + scroll to zoom in and out

  • - Space + right click to jump to actual size – fit or print size

  • - Ctrl + 0 to resize to Fit on screen


Quick adjust image:


  • Level – Ctrl + L to activate the Level window
Ctrl + Shift +L to make an Auto Level


  • Curves – Ctrl + M to activate the Curves window

  • Color – Ctrl + B to activate the Color balance


Quick access tools:


  • Quick Selection – W

  • Crop – C

  • Brush – B
And when you use the brush tool you can just press Alt and it automaticly turns in to the color selecting tool, and when you let go of Alt it jumps back to the Brush tool



Others:


  • Resize – Alt + Ctrl + I open resize window

  • Save as – Ctrl + Shift + S

  • Save for Web – Alt + Ctrl + Shift +S

  • Close window – Ctrl + W
