Hello All,




I'm new here and need some help. I'm wondering on how I can make a control panel (PHP or HTML) that can read from INI files. I play San Andreas Multiplayer and I've made a server. I've been looking for CP's for INI file system but all I've found are for MYSQL systems.

What I need to do is a player to log on onto the system using there username and password from the server, then I want it to be able to view there stats, such as how much money they have and what clothes they have on.
