Posts are a little better today but is it OK to work around the block by changing / adding another username.

I am a little happier to see you have finally cleaned your act up and are posting better now, their is still room for improvement though. I am still very annoyed how you made 1 spanish posts when I have told you many times that this is an english forum. Remember, this forum is for talented members only, a talented member would be able to tell the difference between a good post and a bad post, you still need to learn this quality.

Solution:

In this case I am willing to compromise as I see you have made a better effort this member round. So to make sure your talented I expect you to make at least 2+ more posts. (When your post count is at least 12 create your FINAL hosting application).
I suggest you make these 2 or more posts of the best quality to ensure your chances of hosting. (The reason for these extra posts instead of just one more post is to penalise you for your bad judgement(s) which I hope doesn't happen again).
