I cannot acces my account !! i'm paged for a password (i have a pas manager) even if i haven't changed it. I'm prompted when trying to acces cpanel and also in FTP.

Can anyboty tell me what is wrong ..pls!

Are you using this link to ge to your cPanel?

This is my ftp setting in SmartFTP ftp.ngc.astahost.com : nilsc

This is your username in cpanel and ftp sgater
and this for your ftp:
this is your ftp setting in SmartFTP ftp.sgater.astahost.com : sgater

This is your generic ftp setting ftp.sgater.astahost.com

Did you try to have the password sent back to sgater or xtron ???

If you put what you are trying to use then I don't have to guess where you are going wrong or what settings to give to you.

Let me know if this is the settings you used or if it worked. Remember your username and cpanel name are not the same...

I have a password manager and it had my account and pass
i acces http://www.sgater.astahost.com/cpanel
and FTP with cuteftp to www.sgater.astahost.com user sgater and nothing !!
i have tryed "
If you have lost your password, you can reset it by Clicking Here." and nothing no email ....!! and it says :"Password Reset
Resetting password for sgater: A confirmation email has been sent to the email address on file." but no mail

No if the servers were down ur sites would not work anymore. I guess a Mass error or a Virus. i can't really answer .
we need OpaQue !! help us !!
P.S. can anyone use FTP ?? cause mine is down i don't get another pass

seems to be one big problem. topics are started everywhere about this matter.

a lot of people, including myself can't login to cpanel or ftp. changed my pw once, got the mail, but still wouldn't work. changed it again, but i haven't got any emails since.

Now when i try accesing with the FTP it says : The connection failed due to an error or timeout.
1) Verify that the destination host name or IP address is correct.
2) Increase the connection timeout threshold under Global Settings | Connection.
3) Switch to the opposite data connection type (PASV or PORT) under Site Settings | Type tab.

i really need acces to my account can anyone help ??

Yes i'm afraid so .. my site is still running though u can visit it at http://www.sgater.astahost.com/SMF1/index.php i just finished modifying SMF ... i'm rally upset!! can u visit and tell me your impresions ? pls

P.S. does anyone know what time does OpaQue come online caust i think he's the onlyone that can help me !! Now i have to bother the man with my problems that's just not nice !!

I have seen this problem a few times but it corrects it self by the next day or few hours. I really would not bother with it since the site is still up.

Like every thing else nothing work perfect all the time every time. So I just try and try again at a later time until it works.
